I cant explain how to do GFXING period there are alot of steps and alot of different ways to make it. First of all I recommend getting nice brushes at
www.deviantart.com
From there go to Application and Resources and go to Gimp Brushes. Download a few and you gotta extract it to Program Files>Gimp>2.0>share>brushes I believe is this is wrong I will put up the correct file.
To get fonts go to
www.dafont.com
Pick a font you like download it and go to WINDOWS>Fonts and extract it to there
After doing this go find renders at
www.planetrenders.net or www.photobucket.com search up naruto render on photobucket.
after doing this tell me
www.deviantart.com
