    Steps to clean up the ranks of our clan.

    Step 1

    A vote will be conducted to see if the person (Admin or mod) gets demoted or not. The vote will be conducted orderly and fairly.

    Step 2

    After determining the rank of the members of JW, moderators and administrators will take an inspection test to see if they are worthy of their position they currently hold.

    Step 3

    After getting the admins and mods who earned their position through the approval of the clan and N-A test, the new administrator and moderators will conduct a new poll to see who is worthy to take a test for promotion.

    More details will be revealed as each step is taken.

    Okay honestly no one gets demoted us best descision only people who should get demoted is people who are not active. Im just trying to get the admin test done then this bs happens lets just end this as quickly as we can. Once again i vote NO DEMOTIONS TO ANYONE

    Well this idea is OK, it gives lazy people like me the motivation to streak
    but our other priorities should be:
    1. update clan site
    2. new recruitment thread
    3. Agree with you; we need to do regular inspection checks on all the members even in trial(We cant miss someones getting +20 or so there)
