Prove that you can do something for your clan! Take up that extra responsibility and show everyone that you deserve a promotion!
Here is a unique points system that you can apply for and once you achieve the target, the rank is yours to keep! (You would have to maintain your level of hard work though)
Points will be awarded in different phases.

How to apply
Make a post below stating that you would like to join this event and then state the post you are applying for.
Testing stages
The first phase of testing is recruitment activity. You will be doing your own means of recruitment to gain members for the clan. Once you find someone willing to be recruited, edit your post here and add their name and a link to thier profile. Another mod or admin will send an invite to them and points will be awarded based on the following criteria(The recruited person):
Highest Level
Below 26- +1 pt
26+ ----- +2 pts
31+ ----- +3 pts
36+ ----- +4 pts
41+ ----- +5 pts
Highest streak
15+ ----- +2 pts
25+ ----- +3 pts
30+ ----- +4 pts
35+ ----- +7 pts
Active in clan (5/7 days of a week) : +5 pts
Having links to clan site, forum and chatbox in Naruto-Board Signature : +2 pts
If the person recruited can GFX, a bonus of 3 points is added.
Cut off: To get the rank of moderator, once the event has started, two people to gather a minimum of 50 points will be allowed to take the moderator test after a poll is conducted among all the Moderators and Administrators of the clan.
The Moderator test
Once you have been approved, the test will begin whenever you are ready to reset. Your objective is to achieve a 75% win percentage at Jounin.
Special Moderator Rank Open! If you arent quite the NA player, but are an awesome GFXer, there is a special rank just for you, including an exclusive points system! You need to submit 1 avatar and 1 Clan Banner in a week after applying for the test.
You will also be given a special forum rank to showcase your work and organise events.
Points System for GFX
Based on creativity : 1-5
Based on quality of pics : 1-5
Based on originality : 1-5
GFXing regularly : +3 pts
Total : 30(For 2 images)
2 Administrators(Cursed and Sanbi) will allot the points to the participants.
People who get more than 20 points will be put in a poll amongst all the JW admins and moderators and the elected person will get the post of the Clans Lead GFX Artist.

1)Fake ID's and Alts are not allowed nor counted
2)Do not fight amongst yourselves. Take this in its spirit and enjoy the competition.
3)(for GFX) Ripping works of others is not allowed.
