Who do you think is tobi?

Title says it all.

Lets get the facts straight so this will be open for debate. We know that whoever tobi is, he is
1. Old
2. Knows the history behind uchiha and senju
3. Has the sharingan, (whether it is implanted or he is an uchiha)
4. Uses space - time jutsu, which as far as we know only the 4th hokage and obito could use. (kakashi's sharingan uses space - time jutsu, which is obito's sharingan)But it could possibly be used by somebody else, but that somebody we don't know.
Who do I think it is? Well, here are my main suspections.
1. Obito uchiha - Simply for the reason that tobi uses space time jutsu, and when he does use it, it is focused on his right eye. Ever noticed he only sucks people into his right eye? We know that obito gave kakashi his left eye, but what about obito's right eye? Yes, i know that tobi had a left sharingan in his fight with konan, but he never used space - time jutsu with it which could mean it was implanted and used different techniques.
2. Izuna Uchiha - It was said that Izuna had power equal to madaras, so this is a possibility. Honestly, I'm not sure about this one.
3. You can laugh. I know you will when I suggest this. Don't worry, I will give you a good amount of evidence to support this theory.
Owner of Ichiraku Ramen - WTF? Is what your probably thinking. Let me take this idea slowly. First of all, if you have heard the name Yashiro uchiha, you will understand a little better. Take a look,


He is an uchiha member, and his eyes are always closed. Reminds you a little bit of the ramen owner does it not? Perhaps the ramen owner has sharingans within those eyes.
He always wears that suspicious hat, holding his hair.
Yes, I know this theory is very, very, VERY unlikely. But it is good to be open.

@Dim:I doubt hes tobi.If he was why in the world would he be helping konoha villagers(serving ramen).

@Minato, Yes i doubt this theory as well, but it would be very funny and a huge twist if he was. I know people are heavy on the Obito theory, but I can put up some facts that would argue it.
First of all, we all know tobi attacked konoha before with the nine tails. Here is a refresher incase you forgot,

And remember, this was around the time the 4th hokage was still around. Obito, kakashi, and rin were part of his squad. Since tobi attacked then, and he looked around the same as he does now, it would prove impossible for him to be tobi. Also, why would Obito have wrinkles? He's not that old.

So Tobi is somebody that has been around for a while. Dating back to when kakashi was young. Any ideas?

My hypothesis :

Tobi is a Zetsu clone created By absorbing Madara and Obito to death.

tobi is orochimaru's DNA copy that was made to fake his dead but decided he didnt want to died for orochimaru so he ran away used a jutsu to go into the past and saw how evil it was sop he became tobi to refine the currupt world.
