maybe you guys should watch the second episode of FMA Brotherhood? The first episode wasnt even part of the manga it was just showing a glimpse what FMA is about.

the brotherhood skipped alot on the first 6 volumes because they did that in fma the first season. so maybe u should watch Full Metal Alchemist before watching Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood

Full Metal Alchemist which has 51 episodes and 1 movie. This series stops following the manga by episode like 25.
I recommend you watch this series before going to watch
FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. They skip a lot of the part the first season did but this follows the manga at episode 10. So watch the first season first then what Brotherhood.
